Series Information
Fallen Angel is an ongoing, evolving animation project that I have been working on since 2003. It consists of two finished animated short films, and a third is currently in production. The story is about a young girl named Sera, searching for her family through post-apocalyptic America in the wake of a global nuclear war.
Fallen Angel Teaser
Released on September 13, 2004, the "Teaser" was the first chapter of the Fallen Angel series. While the animation was originally intended to be little more than a short action sequence, it eventually became the foundation for a much larger project.The film was created using Flash, over the course of about a year. The 3D effects were accomplished using Electric Rain's Swift3D software.
Episode 1
Fallen Angel - Episode 1 was released on October 24, 2008. Its debut marked the end of a four-year period of writing, design and production that led up to the completion of this thirteen-minute short film.The film was based on the same character and setting shown in the Teaser, but a great deal more time was spent developing the story, characters, and artwork. The animation was created using the same Flash and Swift3D combination that was used for the Teaser. Additional visual effects were created using Adobe Photoshop.
The Future
The next episode of the Fallen Angel series is currently in production. It will continue the story from the point where the first episode left off. My plans are to continue creating episodes, updating the style and methods of animation as my skills improve. My ultimate goal with Fallen Angel is to eventually develop the story as a feature-length film.

I grew up in Texas and am currently 22 years old.I have been a visual artist for most of my life, and I've been creating animated films independently for about ten years.
